Privacy Policy
Effective and last updated: August 22, 2026
RegenHealth Physicians respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect information submitted through our advertising forms, websites, consultation scheduling, messages and AI Advocate experience.
1. Who this policy covers
This policy applies to RegenHealth Physicians and its patient inquiry, educational, scheduling and follow-up services. RegenHealth Physicians uses Self Mind Operations and other vendors as technology and operational service providers. RegenHealth Physicians remains the business responsible for the lead information collected for this campaign.
2. Information we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
- Your name, email address and telephone number.
- Your answers to advertising or inquiry-form questions, including your general goals, interests, timing and questions about regenerative or stem cell options.
- Appointment details, contact preferences, consent records and opt-out requests.
- Messages and information you choose to share with the AI Advocate or our patient advocacy team.
- Basic technical and usage information, such as device type, browser, page activity, referring campaign and neutral conversion events.
Please do not submit medical records, Social Security numbers, payment-card information or detailed clinical information through a Meta Instant Form. Clinical intake and medical records, when applicable, are handled separately through appropriate clinic processes.
3. How we use information
We may use your information to:
- Respond to your inquiry and provide the Knee Relief Roadmap, educational content and AI Advocate access you request.
- Help you explore whether a consultation may be appropriate, without making a diagnosis or treatment decision through the form.
- Schedule, confirm, prepare for and follow up about consultations.
- Contact you by telephone, text message, iMessage or email when you have provided the applicable consent.
- Operate, secure, measure and improve our services and patient journey.
- Comply with legal obligations, enforce our terms and prevent misuse.
4. AI Advocate and health information
The AI Advocate provides education, navigation and preparation support. It does not diagnose a condition, select treatment or replace a licensed clinician. Information shared during clinical care may be subject to additional healthcare privacy notices and applicable law. This policy is not a substitute for any Notice of Privacy Practices that RegenHealth Physicians may be required to provide for clinical records.
5. How information is disclosed
We may disclose information to service providers that help operate the campaign and requested services, including Meta for the Instant Form, customer relationship and calendar providers, hosting and security providers, messaging providers, analytics providers and AI technology providers. These providers are engaged to perform services for us and may process information only as permitted by their agreements and applicable law.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards. We do not sell your personal information for money.
We do not share mobile opt-in information or text-message consent with unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information may be provided to subcontractors solely to support services such as message delivery, customer support and appointment communication.
6. Advertising and measurement
We may use Meta advertising and measurement tools to understand campaign performance. We limit campaign reporting to neutral operational events such as form submitted, conversation started, appointment booked or appointment attended. We do not intend to send detailed medical answers, clinical records or treatment details to Meta for advertising optimization.
7. Calls, texts, iMessages and email
If you provide consent, RegenHealth Physicians may contact you about your inquiry, requested resources, AI Advocate access, appointments and related services. Calls or messages may use automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchasing treatment. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages or HELP for help. You may also contact us using the information below.
8. Data retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including providing requested services, maintaining appropriate business and consent records, resolving disputes and complying with law. We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
9. Your choices and privacy rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information, or withdraw communication consent, subject to applicable law and legitimate recordkeeping requirements. Depending on where you live, additional privacy rights may apply. To make a request, contact us using the information below. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
10. Children
These inquiry and consultation services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly use this campaign to collect personal information from children under 18.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. The date at the top shows when it was last updated. Material changes will be posted on this page.
